DELIGHT IN OUR CHOCO MOCHA COFFEE PUDDING
1 sachet Culture Blends Belgian Delight
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon fine salt
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 large egg yolks
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Step 1: Combine cornstarch, sugar, salt, and a sachet of Culture Blends Belgian Delight #3in1Coffee in a saucepan.
Step 2: In a bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, and egg yolks. After, add the mixture into the saucepan with the other ingredients.
Step 3: Place the saucepan on a stove and cook over medium-high heat. Whisk constantly for 8-12 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
Step 4: Remove pan from heat and stir in the butter and vanilla.
Step 5: Place the mixture in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Chill it in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours. Serve the pudding chilled.
